Job/Industry and Dress Code
Once you're comfortable at work and past the interview and newbie dress-to-impress phase, what's the real dress code in your job/industry and what are your go-to pieces?
I work in a photo studio for a home design company and they are pretty relaxed. In winter weather, I'm a black jeans and sweater girl. But once warmer temps hit, I might try and make joggers and tees work with casual loafers or cute flats.
I know some people will say you should always be dressing to impress - and I support that notion! But I also think there's something to be said for getting into company culture with dress code while still expressing yourself. So I definitely embrace the mix of casual and business casual atmosphere.
