Once you're comfortable at work and past the interview and newbie dress-to-impress phase, what's the real dress code in your job/industry and what are your go-to pieces? I work in a photo studio for a home design company and they are pretty relaxed. In winter weather, I'm a black jeans and sweater girl. But once warmer temps hit, I might try and make joggers and tees work with casual loafers or cute flats.
