Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. - Develop positive relationships with key customers
- Assess customer needs and gather pertinent information
- Create basic work orders in appropriate systems
- Provide status updates to customers as requested
- Maintain accurate service documentation and customer records
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience creating and managing work orders
- Ability to document customer, equipment, and service information accurately
- Knowledge of service documentation and warranty processes
- Ability to handle customer concerns and escalate technical issues appropriately
