Responsibilities

The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team develops the technology behind ad creative production, interpretation, and optimization, so advertisers, creators, and partners can deliver experiences users actually want to watch.

We work on scaling creative production, understanding diverse content, and optimizing ad performance, while preserving the authentic sense of discovery that makes TikTok distinctive. The quality of those solutions directly influences user engagement, advertiser success, and the growth of the creative ecosystem.

You will shape the future of AI-powered advertising creativity, on work with impact at global scale.

About the Team
The Commercial Partnership Solutions (CPS) Project Management team turns sold partnership packages into high-quality delivery. We work across Sales, Creative, Product, Operations, Creator, Measurement, agencies, and production partners to execute integrated packages that may include TikTok advertising, offline activations, creator collaborations, and out-of-home advertising.
As the Project Manager based in Singapore and supporting APAC, you will take ownership after the commercial handoff and remain accountable until every package entitlement has been delivered and the project has been closed. You will translate the signed scope into an executable plan, coordinate all resource owners, manage client communication, resolve delivery risks, and consolidate results for the final report.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of CPS projects, from post-sale handoff through launch, delivery, and project closeout.
- Translate sold CPS packages into structured execution plans, with clear scope, timelines, deliverables, owners, and dependencies.
- Drive the delivery of all package components, including TikTok Ads, Offline Activations, Creator Collaborations, and OOH Advertising.
- Partner closely with internal teams, agencies, vendors, media owners, and clients to ensure timely, high-quality execution across all workstreams.
- Proactively manage project risks, approvals, scope changes, and operational issues to keep delivery on track and within agreed commitments.
- Consolidate delivery outcomes, performance inputs, and key learnings into post-campaign reporting, while identifying opportunities to improve future CPS execution across APAC.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, integrated marketing, campaign operations, client services, experiential marketing, media, production, or partnerships.
- Experience owning complex, client-facing projects with multiple deliverables, external partners, and overlapping timelines.
- Working knowledge of digital advertising and integrated campaign execution, with experience across online and offline channels.
- Strong project planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence leading client, agency, vendor, and senior stakeholder conversations. Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and stay grounded during high-visibility delivery moments.
- Professional fluency in English, required for client communication and regional collaboration. Based in Singapore, with flexibility to support projects across APAC, including regional stakeholder collaboration, occasional travel, onsite activations, and work outside standard office hours when project delivery requires it.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a digital, creative, media, experiential, or production agency, or in a client-side integrated marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: paid social advertising, creator campaigns, offline events, sponsorships, or OOH advertising.
- Familiarity with advertising, media, agency, creator, and production ecosystems across APAC, with strong knowledge of the Singapore market.
- Experience managing vendors, statements of work, budgets, delivery evidence, or commercial scope changes.
- Comfort working with campaign data and turning results into client-facing insights and recommendations.
- Knowledge of TikTok advertising products, platform behavior, creator ecosystems, and content formats.
