The Global Monetization Strategy and Operations (MSO) team enables sustainable growth in TikTok's advertising business. We partner with business leaders on strategy setting, revenue planning, and pricing and incentive policy, and we improve the tools and processes sales teams rely on every day.

We turn complex business decisions into operating models that scale, protecting both customer outcomes and long-term profitability. You will shape the strategy and the operating models behind TikTok's advertising business.

We are looking for a high-caliber strategy and operations professional to join our team and support the LATAM Strategy and Operations business. This role combines the problem-solving mindset of top-tier consulting with strong operational execution and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate is highly analytical but equally adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships, driving process improvements, and translating strategic insights into day-to-day business actions.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Partner with regional sales leadership to drive annual and quarterly planning processes, including goal setting, headcount allocation, and go-to-market strategy development.
- Business Rhythms & Operations: Design and lead the operational cadence for the region, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), weekly forecasting, and pipeline management to ensure the business operates efficiently.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary strategic partner and liaison between Sales leadership, Product, Marketing, and central Strategy teams to align objectives and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and lead initiatives to optimize sales processes, tooling, and workflows, ultimately increasing sales productivity and efficiency.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct analyses of key business drivers, client behaviors, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and track core KPIs, leveraging dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable visibility into business performance for senior leadership.
- Ad-Hoc Problem Solving: Respond to strategic business questions and operational challenges with clear, concise, and executive-ready recommendations.
