- Tiered Community Management: Lead the daily operations of creator communities in the EU; establish standardized SOPs to ensure timely response and maximize community stickiness and DAU.
- Content Strategy & Empowerment: Stay ahead of global and local viral trends; curate and distribute "Creator Kits" (e.g., trend alerts, creation guides, and task reminders) to lower the barriers to creation for users.
- Growth & Lifecycle Optimization: Track and analyze community metrics to identify bottlenecks; design incentive programs to facilitate "Level-up" transitions for creators from Entry-level to Top-tier creators.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the "Voice of the Creator" by gathering local feedback; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure localized platform benefits reach the community effectively.
