We develop and support a broad range of talent-from emerging sports creators to top athletes and journalist creators-through tailored enablement and strategic collaboration with agencies, MCNs, media organizations, and other business partners. Working closely with internal product, PR, marketing, and creator teams, we drive scalable initiatives that accelerate creator growth and strengthen the broader ecosystem.

Responsibilities
1. Creator Growth & Enablement
- Serve as a strategic partner for sports and news creators, providing personalized 1:1 support or 1-to-many enablement programs (e.g., workshops, webinars, office hours, or community sessions), including content reviews and growth planning.
- Elevate content quality by delivering educational programs and resources (e.g., best-practice guides, tutorials) that empower creators to master the platform, storytelling, and editing techniques.
- Foster an engaged creator community by scaling best practices and facilitating knowledge sharing across creators.
- Proactively identify challenges faced by creators and partners, and develop practical, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
2. Partnership Management
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with major sports management agencies, MCNs, and professional club teams (e.g., NPB, J.League), and major media organizations/publishers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agencies and teams to align on growth objectives, streamline onboarding processes, and drive joint initiatives to maximize the success of their talent and players on TikTok.
3. Athlete Onboarding & Consultation
- Lead the onboarding process for top athletes joining TikTok, ensuring seamless account setup and a foundational understanding of the platform.
- Provide ongoing consultation on account operations, trend-aligned content strategies, and in-app features to optimize performance and engagement.
4. News Journalist Creator Onboarding & Consultation
- Lead the onboarding of prominent journalists and other top-voice news creators, including credibility assessment, trust-based personal communication, account setup support, and platform guidance.
- Provide ongoing, high-touch account support for journalists and sensitive media partners, applying nuanced judgment to content, operational, and relationship-management matters.
- Lead the design and execution of reward and recognition programs for journalist creators, with a focus on partner-specific customization and thoughtful evaluation of creator eligibility.
- Plan and deliver educational sessions and creator events for journalist creators, including live facilitation, real-time Q&A, and end-to-end ownership of in-person events with appropriate editorial oversight.
5. Data-Informed Optimization
- Track performance data for assigned creators and define key success metrics.
- Analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities and rapidly iterate on support strategies to drive continuous growth for creators.
- Leverage data and insights to inform recommendations, measure program effectiveness, and continuously optimize creator growth strategies.
