Responsibilities

Monetization Enablement (ME) is a global function focused on building the capabilities that enable our commercial teams to perform at their best. We partner closely with business, product, and regional leaders to identify critical capability needs and translate them into scalable solutions across seller excellence, product proficiency, onboarding, and growth.

Our approach is global-first and outcome-focused: building consistent standards and capabilities that can scale across markets, while adapting to regional business needs. We measure success not by the volume of programs we deliver, but by improvements in readiness, proficiency, seller effectiveness, and ultimately business impact.

The Global Sales Excellence Lead will be responsible for leading a global team focused on building world-class sellers. Reporting into the global head of Monetization Enablement, this pillar sits at the center of how Monetization Enablement strengthens the craft of selling across regions through unified methodology, deliberate practice-led learning, and AI-powered enablement.

In this role, you will lead the Global Sales Excellence team's strategy, priorities, and day-to-day execution. You will translate business needs and frontline seller friction into scalable global programs, clear ways of working, and practical capability-building solutions that help sellers go-to-market with greater consistency, confidence, and effectiveness.

This role requires a strong team lead who can combine people management, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. You will be expected to lead and develop a global team, build a durable operating model for the pillar, and partner closely with regional and cross-functional stakeholders, so global design works in regional market reality.

Responsibilities
- Global Sales Excellence Strategy & Programs
- Lead the design of global sales excellence programs that build seller capability through unified methodology, deliberate practice, reinforcement, and AI-powered enablement.
- Identify where sellers need stronger methodology, more deliberate practice, clearer guidance, or better support in the seller experience, then turn those insights into practical global solutions.
- Ensure programs move beyond content delivery by improving how sellers prioritize, position solutions, navigate tools, and execute in market.
- Build approaches that can be created once, adapted regionally, and delivered consistently across a multinational organization.
- Cross-Functional Partnership & Global Operating Model
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, regional enablement teams, and other team leads to align the Global Sales Excellence agenda with business needs.
- Help make the operating model real by ensuring global design is informed by regional needs and can be deployed effectively in regional context.
- Drive adoption of new workflows, frameworks, and ways of working in a matrixed environment, using influence, clarity, and strong follow-through.
- Represent the pillar credibly with stakeholders while staying close to frontline realities and the practical needs of sellers.
- Team Leadership & Pillar Direction
- Lead the Global Sales Excellence pillar as a global team, setting direction, priorities, and clear ownership across the work.
- Manage, coach, and develop team members, creating a high-performing culture with strong execution, collaboration, and accountability.
- Define how the pillar operates, including planning rhythms, cross-functional handoffs, and the global-to-regional model needed to scale effectively.
- Translate business priorities into a clear roadmap for the team, ensuring effort stays focused on the highest-value seller capability and execution opportunities.
- Measurement, Insights & AI-Enabled Scale
- Define and track the success metrics needed to evaluate pillar effectiveness, including readiness, adoption, execution quality, seller behavior change, and business impact.
- Synthesize field signal, program results, and performance trends into clear recommendations for leadership and partner teams.
- Build a strong feedback loop between strategy, field execution, and measurement so the pillar improves continuously over time.
- Use AI as a practical lever to improve content development, knowledge management, workflow design, seller support, and program scale.
