- Segment creators based on lifecycle stage, content capabilities, commercial performance, growth potential, willingness to operate, and account health, and develop differentiated operational strategies for priority cohorts. Build and manage the creator growth funnel, identify the highest-impact conversion and retention drop-off points, and define clear success metrics for each stage.
- Partner with product and algorithm teams to improve creator-product matching, creator-content-format matching, onboarding, performance feedback, and automated growth interventions.

Qualifications

- Ability to use data to diagnose business bottlenecks, set priorities, evaluate incremental impact, and support operational decisions.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive execution across product, data, marketing, merchant, and regional teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-changing business environment and drive progress when problem definitions are incomplete, dependencies are complex, and performance expectations are high.
