You will play a key supporting role in TikTok's New Business efforts, helping to manage and enrich a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads and advertiser accounts. This is not a client-facing role, but it is a great stepping stone for someone who is open to a customer-facing career path in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work through a high-volume leads pipeline, reviewing each lead individually to assess quality against TikTok's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Conduct manual lead enrichment where information is incomplete, using tools such as Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other research platforms
- Develop a solid understanding of what makes a strong SMB advertiser for TikTok, and apply that judgment consistently across the pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across the leads module, flagging patterns or data quality issues to the Business Operations Lead
- Support the broader Business Operations team with ad hoc project tasks, reporting, and analysis as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share findings and contribute to improving lead qualification processes

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience.
