Team Introduction
The TTO (TikTok One) Monetization Product Design team focuses on helping brands and agencies achieve efficient and sustainable business growth through short-form video, creator partnerships, and other product capabilities.

Our goal is to:
- Make it easier for clients to reach their audiences and unlock their brand potential;
- Simplify complex advertising and creator operations through effective product and tool design;
- Inspire clients to explore new possibilities and create value together with the global short-form video ecosystem.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early.

Responsibilities
1. Creator Platform Operations & Adoption
- Support the day-to-day operations of the global short-form video creator platform and partner with Sales teams to drive the adoption of creator product features.
- Develop creator product adoption strategies and training materials for clients, including brands and agencies, based on business objectives. Materials may include product guides, user manuals, best practices, and case studies.
- Apply basic data analysis skills to track monetization performance across creators and agencies, and produce operational analyses and actionable insights.
- Support the optimization of creator segmentation and operational frameworks, including segmentation strategies, benefit allocation, and operational adjustments, to improve overall platform efficiency and performance.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration & Product Iteration
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to collect, consolidate, and structure business requirements from Sales, clients, creators, and other stakeholders, such as improvements to creator selection tools and data dashboards.
- Participate in requirement assessment and solution discussions, and help drive implementation on the product side by translating operational needs into actionable product features and data capabilities.
- Support the diagnosis of issues encountered by clients and creators, coordinate with technical teams on troubleshooting, and drive solutions to resolution, including payment failures, data discrepancies, and permission-related issues.
3. Process Optimization & Operational Efficiency
- Identify pain points in existing workflows, such as client complaint handling and internal collaboration processes, and support the review and mapping of current processes.
- Participate in designing standardized processes and tool-based solutions to improve cross-functional efficiency and customer experience.
- Explore the application of AI and other emerging technologies in operational scenarios, such as automated creator matching, AI-powered customer support, and automated rule validation. Develop feasible solutions and support pilot implementation.
