- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to collect, consolidate, and structure business requirements from Sales, clients, creators, and other stakeholders, such as improvements to creator selection tools and data dashboards.
- Participate in requirement assessment and solution discussions, and help drive implementation on the product side by translating operational needs into actionable product features and data capabilities.
- Support the diagnosis of issues encountered by clients and creators, coordinate with technical teams on troubleshooting, and drive solutions to resolution, including payment failures, data discrepancies, and permission-related issues.
3. Process Optimization & Operational Efficiency
- Identify pain points in existing workflows, such as client complaint handling and internal collaboration processes, and support the review and mapping of current processes.
- Participate in designing standardized processes and tool-based solutions to improve cross-functional efficiency and customer experience.
- Explore the application of AI and other emerging technologies in operational scenarios, such as automated creator matching, AI-powered customer support, and automated rule validation. Develop feasible solutions and support pilot implementation.
