Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

The Client Partner will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients within the Services category. This includes developing strategic account plans, identifying revenue opportunities, building senior client relationships, and partnering with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of client business objectives, market trends, and digital/media solutions, as well as the ability to influence decision makers and drive long-term partnerships.

We are looking for a Client Partner to join the Services, Turkey & South Asia team. This hire is intended to strengthen our commercial coverage and deepen industry expertise across key Services verticals. We are ideally looking for a candidate with solid experience in one or more Services sub-industries, such as Telco, Travel, Entertainment, or Financial Services.

This role is critical for accelerating client growth, building strategic relationships, and identifying business opportunities across a complex and evolving market landscape. The ideal candidate should bring strong client-facing experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to work with XFNs to deliver business impact.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow strategic client relationships across the Services vertical, acting as a trusted partner to drive long-term business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and unlock incremental revenue opportunities through consultative selling and solution development
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with clients' business objectives and marketing priorities
- Understand clients' challenges, industry dynamics, and growth opportunities to provide data-driven recommendations and solutions
- Partner closely with XFN teams (Product, Creative, Finance, Measurement, and other relevant teams) to deliver impactful client solutions and ensure execution excellence
- Lead business reviews, strategic planning discussions, and performance conversations with senior stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to shape go-to-market strategies and client engagement approaches

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client-facing commercial roles, such as Client Partner, Account Management, Business Development, Media, or Digital teams within agencies, platforms, or technology companies
- Strong industry knowledge and business understanding across one or more Services sectors: Telco, Travel, Entertainment, or Finance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, measurement frameworks, and digital advertising ecosystem
- Due to needs of the Turkish market and clients, this role will require Turkish language proficiency alongside English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a solution-oriented approach
