From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our Scaled Growth team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.

We're looking for a dynamic, passionate Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Agency team. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure with the goal of driving revenue, agency education and long term relationships. This position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and a passion for client service/partnerships to drive long-term growth. - Assume ownership - Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.
- Embrace change as an opportunity - have a growth mindset: learning when you don't understand, accept challenges, solutions-oriented feedback; viewing uncertainty as an opportunity to thrive.
- Collaboration creates value - Seek to support new team members as they learn about our products and processes. Share your knowledge and empower your peers. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
