Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

About the Team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team drives revenue growth for TikTok by combining Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management, Agency Partnerships, and Marketing Science. Our entrepreneurial and ambitious client partner teams are focused on delivering impactful business results.

About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to grow TikTok's Mid-Market business in Singapore. This is a client-facing sales role with a strong new-business acquisition mandate. You will build a pipeline, win new advertisers, and grow a portfolio of local-services businesses across sectors such as education, automotive, home improvement and furnishings, beauty, wellness and personal care, lifestyle, and leisure and entertainment.
You will combine consultative selling with hands-on account leadership, advising clients on TikTok's advertising solutions and coordinating internal teams to deliver effective campaigns.

Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition
- Own the prospecting and acquisition strategy for an assigned portfolio of Mid-Market accounts in Singapore.
- Identify and prioritise high-potential advertisers, build a qualified pipeline, and convert prospects into active TikTok clients.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including outreach, discovery, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, onboarding, and early account growth.
- Create sector-specific sales propositions that connect TikTok's advertising solutions to the commercial needs of local-services businesses.
- Deliver against new-business, revenue, and portfolio-growth goals.
- Develop a strong understanding of Singapore's Mid-Market and local-services sectors, including advertiser needs, seasonal demand, and competitive activity.
- Use internal and external data to identify untapped opportunities, prioritise prospects, and improve sales pitches.
- Share client feedback and market signals with cross-functional teams to inform product and go-to-market priorities.

Client Partnerships and Account Growth
- Build trusted relationships with brand and agency decision-makers, including senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Understand each client's business model, customer journey, growth priorities, and measurement needs, then recommend relevant media strategies.
- Retain and expand advertiser investment by identifying new use cases, campaigns, and product opportunities.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, sharing market insights, creative guidance, and performance recommendations.

Product and Campaign Leadership
- Lead product-update discussions and educate brands and agencies on TikTok's advertising solutions and campaign best practices.
- Translate client objectives into clear campaign plans, including timelines, assets, measurement, and optimisation opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales Operations, Ad Operations, Product, Marketing, and Measurement to support onboarding and campaign delivery.
- Resolve campaign challenges with internal teams and keep clients informed through to resolution.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis, turn performance data into actionable insights, and recommend the next stage of growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, business development, client partnerships, account management, or a related commercial role.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring net-new customers, managing a sales pipeline, and delivering revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience acquiring net-new Mid-Market advertisers in one or more local-services sectors, such as education, automotive, home improvement and furnishings, beauty, wellness and personal care, lifestyle, or leisure and entertainment.
- Experience using a consultative sales approach to influence senior stakeholders and turn business needs into media or marketing solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital media strategy, advertising metrics, campaign measurement, and performance marketing.
- Ability to analyse data, identify commercial insights, and communicate clear recommendations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and executing web-performance or lead-generation campaigns.
- Self-directed, commercially curious, and comfortable building new opportunities from an early stage.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
