- C-Suite & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate high-level relationships, orchestrate in-person touch-points, and maintain a rigorous meeting cadence (≥95% coverage) with Agency Business Leads, Negotiation Teams, and C-Suite.
- Portfolio Expansion (Upsell & Onboard): Audit the agency's client roster to identify whitespace, pitch "quick win" opportunities, and drive both new client onboarding and deeper product adoption for existing brands.
- XFN Pod Leadership & Escalation: Act as the strategic quarterback guiding BPMs, CSMs, and specialists (Measurement, MarSci), while resolving high-level tactical blocks and historical escalations (e.g., policy, billing) via platforms like AdsIntegrity.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Experience Target: Years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles, including direct Ad Agency experience (or equivalent strategic partner roles).

- Industry Expertise: Digital Advertising, Ad-Tech, Media Agencies (HoldCos), or E-commerce. Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital/mobile marketing.

- Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction dynamics, and the biddable form of digital advertising buying.

- Analytical Skills: Proven experience analyzing performance data and best practices to identify key drivers and formulate actionable enablement/optimization recommendations.

- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to own relationships with programmatic trading desk managers and engage effectively across multiple organizational levels (from practitioners to C-suite).

- Communication: Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills (Advanced English required due to working with stakeholders who speak English), with the ability to establish credibility with both technical and non-technical business owners. A strong team player and collaborator.
