Responsibilities

The Ads Measurement, Signals, and Privacy (MSP) team builds the end-to-end security and governance infrastructure and processes behind TikTok's advertising systems, keeping a high volume of diverse signals and data compliant with regional regulations worldwide.

We explore and implement privacy-enhancing technologies that protect users while keeping TikTok an open and creative community.
You will advance data privacy, protection, and security, leading cross-functional programs that improve our systems and processes, and shaping privacy innovation at global scale.

Our team sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Analytics, and Marketing. We help clients understand how TikTok drives results across branding and performance objectives, while also influencing the evolution of measurement products, solutions, and partnerships.

The Measurement Center of Excellence (COE), Industry Programs & Solutions (IPS) team focuses on solving complex measurement challenges and developing scalable programs, frameworks, insights, and solutions that can be applied across markets.

As the COE IPS representative for METAP, you will serve as a key regional measurement specialist, connecting METAP business and advertiser priorities with broader COE strategy. You will partner closely with regional and market Measurement teams, Sales, Product, Analytics, and other cross-functional partners to develop and scale measurement solutions across both branding and performance objectives.

About the Role

- Partner with regional and market Measurement, Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to identify and address priority measurement challenges across METAP.
- Lead the regional activation and scaling of selected COE programs across branding and performance measurement, including pilots, product validation, learning agendas, and go-to-market enablement.
- Serve as a regional specialist on full-funnel advertising measurement, helping teams apply appropriate measurement approaches to understand and improve advertiser outcomes.
- Develop and support sophisticated custom insights, cross-market analyses, effectiveness studies, and measurement frameworks that address recurring advertiser and business questions.
- Partner with Analytics and specialist teams on meta-analyses, experimental design, measurement validation, and other advanced analytical initiatives, translating findings into clear business recommendations.
- Support the design and testing of measurement approaches for new products, features, optimization strategies, or advertiser use cases.
- Develop and maintain scalable tools, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and measurement resources that improve visibility, consistency, and efficiency across the region.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives, best practices, case studies, playbooks, and recommendations for Measurement, Sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of priority measurement solutions and programs by equipping market teams with relevant insights, guidance, tools, and enablement.
- Identify common needs and learnings across METAP markets and determine where regional approaches can be standardized, replicated, or scaled.
- Gather structured feedback from market teams, advertisers, agencies, and partners to inform COE priorities, measurement product development, and go-to-market strategy.
- Stay current on developments in advertising measurement, experimentation, analytics, privacy, automation, and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to strengthen TikTok's measurement capabilities.

- Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects or workstreams and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, manage dependencies, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify analytical or technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams, markets, and functions and build effective relationships without direct reporting authority.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a digital platform, technology company, media or advertising agency, advertiser, consulting organization, market research company, or measurement provider.
- Familiarity with advertising measurement methodologies such as experimentation, incrementality, lift studies, attribution, marketing mix modeling, or other marketing effectiveness approaches.
- Experience developing or scaling measurement programs, analytical frameworks, best practices, or solutions across multiple markets or teams.
