Responsibilities

TikTok Shop SEA is redefining shopping by bringing discovery, entertainment, and commerce into one experience. Across Southeast Asia, we work at the intersection of technology, content, business, and operations to build a trusted, engaging e-commerce ecosystem where users, sellers, creators, and partners can connect and grow.

As the platform scales across SEA, we take on complex challenges across content, commerce, trust, and the differing needs of each local market, while driving sustainable growth in the ecosystem. You will shape the future of e-commerce in a region with sustained growth and strong long-term potential.

The Agency Support team plays a key role in enabling TikTok Shop's agency ecosystem in Vietnam, working closely with MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks), TSPs (TikTok Shop Partners), and TAPs (TikTok Affiliate Partners) to support scalable growth on the platform.

In particular, the e-Commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-Commerce experience to our users.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment.
