Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

We are looking for a Client Partner to drive growth across Real Money Gaming (RMG) and sports betting within our Outbound business, helping advertisers expand across international markets through TikTok's advertising solutions.

You will own commercial relationships and revenue growth across your portfolio, combining new business development, strategic account planning and industry expertise. Working closely with Client Solutions and cross-functional teams, you will identify high-potential opportunities, advance policy unlocks and turn approved opportunities into measurable business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Own revenue growth: Deliver revenue targets through new advertiser acquisition, existing client growth and increased share of wallet. Develop account plans, manage a qualified sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Develop new business: Identify, qualify and convert high-potential RMG and sports betting advertisers and agency partners. Lead the sales process from prospecting and consultative pitching through commercial negotiations and activation.
- Identify strategic opportunities: Analyze industry trends, competitive activity, client business models and the sporting calendar to prioritize growth opportunities across advertisers, markets and products. Translate insights into actionable plans with clear milestones and commercial outcomes.
- Drive policy unlocks and market expansion: Identify and prioritize policy unlock opportunities, build data-backed business cases and partner with Policy, Legal and regional stakeholders to progress reviews and secure required approvals. Translate approved unlocks into advertiser activation, market expansion and incremental revenue, in line with TikTok policies and applicable market requirements.
- Build senior client relationships: Develop trusted partnerships with senior marketing, user acquisition and commercial decision-makers at advertisers and agencies. Lead strategic discussions and joint business planning to secure sustained investment.
- Drive client and product development: Partner with Client Solutions, Marketing Science, Creative and Product teams to connect TikTok's advertising solutions with client objectives across brand building and performance marketing. Support adoption of relevant products, creative approaches and measurement solutions.
- Lead business reviews: Evaluate progress against agreed business objectives, identify opportunities to improve results and translate findings into recommendations that strengthen client partnerships and unlock further investment.
- Remove barriers to growth: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve policy, onboarding, measurement and campaign delivery issues that affect advertiser activation, performance or scale.
- Represent the voice of the customer: Translate client feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations for product, policy and operational improvements. Share successful approaches and industry learnings across teams.
