Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

TikTok's Healthcare team sits within the Regulated Leads & Services segment of Global Business Solutions, partnering with advertisers across pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter (OTC) healthcare products, and health services. Our team operates at the intersection of advertising innovation, business growth, and an evolving regulatory landscape, helping healthcare brands navigate the unique complexities of reaching and engaging audiences on TikTok.
As a Client Solutions Manager (CSM), you'll play a critical role in shaping how healthcare advertisers succeed on the platform. You'll partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to develop impactful advertising strategies, solve complex business challenges, and demonstrate measurable results. From driving performance and introducing innovative advertising solutions to navigating industry-specific requirements, you'll help some of the world's leading healthcare brands unlock new opportunities for growth on TikTok.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for campaign performance, execution, and ongoing account needs.
- Monitor revenue, campaign pacing, and delivery trends to identify growth opportunities, proactively flag risks, and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in partnership with Sales to drive incremental investment, product adoption, and long-term growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable, data-driven optimization recommendations to improve advertiser outcomes.
- Lead client education on TikTok advertising solutions, product updates, and testing opportunities to drive adoption and business results.
- Identify upsell opportunities and partner with Sales to develop compelling recommendations that unlock incremental spend.
- Oversee measurement strategy and execution, including study planning, attribution, performance reporting, and translating results into actionable insights.
- Own troubleshooting and escalations, partnering cross-functionally to resolve technical, delivery, and measurement challenges while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic business reviews to communicate results, recommendations, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate account documentation, reporting, and action items, ensuring timely follow-through and accountability across client deliverables.
- Surface advertiser feedback, product gaps, and recurring challenges to internal teams to inform product improvements and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to troubleshoot technical challenges, resolve advertiser issues, and deliver business outcomes, with strong organizational and project management skills, demonstrated attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while proactively anticipating client needs and adapting to changing business priorities.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Healthcare industry marketing experience, including working with pharmaceutical, over-the-counter (OTC), or health services advertisers, with an understanding of healthcare marketing strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific advertising challenges.
