About the team
TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.
You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early.

Responsibilities

- Track program progress, identify execution bottlenecks, and recommend next steps to improve conversion and commercial outcomes.
- Build standardized trackers and reporting mechanisms to monitor pipeline progression, adoption, and incremental business impact.

Unlock new subverticals through market intelligence and strategic narratives:
- Conduct primary research, including internal interviews consolidating client and agency feedback, and stakeholder discussions, alongside secondary research on industry trends, dynamics, and market developments.
- Identify underpenetrated commerce subverticals and assess their growth potential, addressable advertiser base, spending propensity, and alignment with TikTok's advertising solutions.
- Develop compelling, insight-led narratives that articulate the business opportunity, TikTok's differentiated value proposition, and the case for increased advertiser investment.
- Translate research findings into actionable sales enablement materials, including subvertical playbooks and pitch decks.

Drive e-Commerce execution rigor during key sale moments:
- Support planning and execution for major e-Commerce tentpole moments, including 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, and other priority shopping events.
- Build and maintain advertiser hitlists, campaign readiness trackers, investment plans, and opportunity dashboards to ensure clear ownership and timely follow-through.
- Partner with sales teams to identify advertiser participation gaps, budget acceleration opportunities, campaign setup readiness, and adoption of relevant TikTok Ads solutions.
- Monitor performance and investment pacing during key sale periods, flag risks and opportunities, and drive timely follow-ups with account teams.
- Consolidate post-event performance insights, identify winning practices and execution gaps, and translate learnings into recommendations for subsequent sale moments.
