Responsibilities

The HRBP Global Monetization Product and Technology team partners with leaders across the product, operations, and engineering organizations behind the company's global advertising business. We translate business and technology priorities into people and organizational strategies, shaping workforce plans, organizational design, talent development, performance, and employee engagement.

We work across teams building complex monetization products and infrastructure for different markets, customer needs, and stages of growth. This requires us to understand both technical and commercial priorities, anticipate emerging capability needs, and develop people strategies that connect specialized disciplines across regions. By combining organizational insight with business data and engagement insights, we help teams scale while strengthening leadership and collaboration.

You will build trusted partnerships with leaders and collaborate across HR functions to guide important organization and talent decisions. Your work may span organizational development, workforce and succession planning, leadership development, performance, incentives, culture, and engagement. By staying close to the organization as strategies are implemented, you can see how people decisions shape the teams building global monetization products and technology, and use those insights to strengthen what comes next.

About the Team:
The Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) team powers TikTok's revenue ecosystem. We build the advanced advertising technologies and platforms that enable brands and businesses to connect with audiences worldwide. Our scope spans backend targeting signals, ad measurement infrastructure, and creative tools for advertisers across Brand, SMB, and Performance channels.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in scaling this high-impact organization by hiring world-class Product, Design, Data, and Technical talent. This role demands strategic partnership, operational excellence, and a data-driven mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Specifically, you will:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and manage end-to-end hiring for 10-15+ roles, primarily across Product Management, Product Design, Product Marketing, and Data Science.
- Strategic Partnering: Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, advise on market insights, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Data-Driven Sourcing: Use data and insights to design sourcing strategies that attract, engage, and convert top-tier technical and product talent globally.
- Market Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights to help inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a high bar for candidate experience, process efficiency, and compliance across all recruiting activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HRBPs, Compensation, and Global TA peers to ensure consistent hiring practices and alignment across regions.
