Responsibilities

The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team develops the technology behind ad creative production, interpretation, and optimization, so advertisers, creators, and partners can deliver experiences users actually want to watch.

We work on scaling creative production, understanding diverse content, and optimizing ad performance, while preserving the authentic sense of discovery that makes TikTok distinctive. The quality of those solutions directly influences user engagement, advertiser success, and the growth of the creative ecosystem.

You will shape the future of AI-powered advertising creativity, on work with impact at global scale.

Program Intern (Conversion-Oriented): for graduating students who are looking for full-time conversion as the primary objective.

About the Role
Creative content is the soul of advertising.
The Commercial Partnerships Solutions team empowers advertisers, creators, and partners to unlock the full potential of TikTok's creative ecosystem. We support advertisers throughout their media journey by enabling access to creative media solutions, production partners, and scalable content strategies designed for TikTok.
As our advertising solutions and product ecosystem continue to evolve, campaign execution and product adoption have become increasingly challenging. To support this growth, the team works closely with the Sales team, agencies, and advertisers to ensure content projects are effectively planned, executed, and scaled.
We're looking for an organized and proactive intern to support the CPS team with project coordination and day-to-day operations. The intern will work closely with a Project Manager, helping track requests, manage administrative processes, follow up on deliverables, and prepare project presentations.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Candidates may apply to a maximum of two positions across Our Company and its affiliates globally. Applications will be considered in the order they are submitted. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early. Please clearly state your availability in your resume, including your start and end dates.
