Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

As a Client Partner on our MENA mid-market team, you are the commercial owner of a portfolio of 40-60 performance-focused advertisers; ecommerce brands, app-first businesses, and lead generation businesses investing in TikTok to drive measurable growth. Your role is to grow revenue, deepen client relationships, and help clients see TikTok as a core channel for their performance marketing strategy.

You work hand in hand with Client Solutions Managers who own campaign execution, while you lead the business conversation; account planning, growth opportunities, and long-term investment strategy. Success in this role requires strong commercial instincts, a solid understanding of performance marketing economics, and the ability to manage a high volume of relationships without losing the consultative approach that builds real trust.

Responsibilities:
- Own revenue targets for a portfolio of 40-60 mid-market performance clients, delivering against quarterly and annual goals
- Manage pipeline and forecast revenue accurately, tracking account health and flagging risks early
- Build strong commercial relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations; marketing leads, growth managers, and senior stakeholders
- Partner closely with Client Solutions Managers to connect client business goals with campaign performance, ensuring the commercial relationship is backed by real results
- Develop account growth plans by identifying upsell opportunities, new use cases, and incremental budget across your book of business
- Conduct regular business reviews that tie TikTok performance back to the client's broader growth objectives; ecommerce revenue, app installs, lead volume, and present a clear path to scaling investment
- Maintain working knowledge of TikTok's ad products and performance solutions across key verticals, with enough depth to lead a credible product conversation without getting into the weeds of campaign execution
- Use AI tools to work efficiently across a large book of business; from preparing for client conversations to tracking account priorities
- Share market intelligence and client feedback with internal teams to inform TikTok's approach to the mid-market performance segment in MENA

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Due to needs of the MENA market and clients, this role will require Arabic language proficiency alongside English
- Knowledge of the MENA digital advertising landscape; KSA market experience a strong plus
- 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or client partnerships with a strong performance marketing focus
- Deep understanding of performance marketing verticals; ecommerce, apps, and lead generation, and how advertisers in these categories measure success (ROAS, CPA, CPL, LTV)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing a large portfolio of mid-market clients simultaneously
- Strong commercial communication skills; comfortable leading business reviews, presenting growth strategies, and navigating conversations with senior marketing stakeholders
- TikTok Ads or social media platform experience is a plus, not a must
