Responsibilities

The Global Business Marketing (GBM) team champions TikTok in the B2B landscape, showing advertisers and sales teams how TikTok's creative ecosystem drives real business results. We build the stories, education, and go-to-market programs that sellers use to deepen client relationships across markets.

Working with brands of all sizes, we also bring campaigns to life through creative ideation, brand and event strategy, and the design and production of TikTok for Business marketing, so advertisers can create content that connect with audiences. Trends, consumer behavior, and advertising formats all move quickly on TikTok. The challenge is turning what makes the platform engaging into solutions that are creative, measurable, and scalable across very different markets, without making the experience feel like traditional advertising.

You will shape how the market understands TikTok as a business platform, and help brands show up authentically on it.

About the Team
Monetization Enablement (ME) is a global function, within Global Business Marketing (GBM) focused on building the capabilities that enable our commercial teams to perform at their best. We partner closely with business, product, and regional leaders to identify critical capability needs and translate them into scalable solutions across seller excellence, product proficiency, onboarding, and growth.

About the Role
The Monetization Enablement Partner is an individual contributor role focused on building product capability, seller readiness, scaled enablement, and adoption for the GBS sales organization. You will help translate priority products, roadmap changes, and market-facing product narratives into enablement that sellers can understand, practice, and use in customer conversations.

At its core, your work will help Monetization Enablement close the gap between knowing a product and confidently selling it. Operating between Product, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, regional enablement, and Sales, you will turn complex product information into global-ready learning, activation moments, reusable assets, and feedback loops that support consistent execution across markets.

This role is intentionally designed as a flexible profile that can sit wherever the team needs additional capacity. The core expectation stays consistent: product fluency, comfort with product and Product Marketing partners, strong enablement craft, and the ability to turn product knowledge into seller readiness at scale.

Responsibilities
Product Capability & Field Readiness
- Serve as a product capability partner across Monetization Enablement, bringing product depth and validation into enablement tied to quarterly product priorities, deep dives, hands-on activations, and product walkthroughs.
- Translate complex product capabilities, roadmap changes, and market-facing product narratives into accessible enablement content, learning moments, and field-ready messaging.
- Support the design of product trainings and scaled learning moments by making product nuance, use cases, and seller applicability clear.
- Synthesize product complexity into simple learning structures that can be delivered consistently by regional POCs across markets.
Activation Design & Seller Adoption
- Design repeatable activation formats, hands-on learning experiences, and facilitation guides that regional POCs can adapt and run in their markets.
- Help sellers move from product awareness into confidence, usage, and practical customer conversations.
- Support product labs, dogfooding, walkthroughs, and other high-impact learning moments tied to priority products.
- Help connect activation moments to seller behavior, product adoption, and business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Regional Execution
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, regional enablement, and Sales stakeholders to ensure programs are accurate, relevant, and tied to real seller needs.
- Work closely with regional POCs to improve the quality of regional execution and ensure global programs are practical, engaging, and regionally relevant.
- Capture and synthesize signal from field activations, dogfooding, and regional execution to improve future program design.
- Partner with the broader Monetization Enablement team to ensure assigned work aligns with launch timing, readiness needs, and adoption goals.
Scaled Systems & AI Workflows
- Help build repeatable frameworks and AI-enabled workflows that make product learning assets easier to create, update, and scale.
- Use AI tools to support learning design, content development, knowledge management, facilitator support, and scaled execution.
- Help track program success, especially where product understanding, seller confidence, and product adoption need to be connected more clearly.
- Operate effectively in an environment that moves quickly, changes rapidly, and values clear thinking, follow-through, and hands-on execution.
