Responsibilities

The Performance and Incentive (P&I) team works across compensation, benefits, performance management, and long-term incentives, developing compensation policy, conducting market research, and analyzing data and benchmarks, in close collaboration with teams inside and outside HR.

Our challenge is designing programs that are fair, competitive, data-driven, and scalable across a fast-moving organization. Those programs shape the company's ability to attract and retain people, motivate strong performance, and make sure employees feel rewarded in ways that support the business over the long term.

You will shape employee experience and organizational performance at scale.

Are you an enthusiastic benefits professional ready to take your career to the international stage? We are looking for a driven specialist to join our global benefits team. With an ambitious roadmap focused on designing and launching comprehensive programmes across EMEA, this role offers immediate, hands-on exposure to international benefit design and strategy underpinned by our global benefits philosophy. It is the perfect next step for a professional with strong UK or foundational regional experience looking to deepen their expertise in complex European markets.

Responsibilities:

Programme Design & Strategy
1. Responsible for benefit and leave programme design across the region with a focus on purpose, effectiveness and employee experience, underpinned by market practice, industry trends, regulations and compliance, and the principles of our global benefits philosophy set by the company.
2. Undertake detailed benchmarking exercises, research and analyse market and other relevant data to prepare strong written proposals to support your benefit programme design recommendations in order to obtain buy-in from leadership.
3. Maintain commitment to understanding relevant statutory requirements, legislation updates, relevant labour laws, collective bargaining agreements and Works Council arrangements.
4. Support and contribute to global projects and initiatives with local context in mind.

Vendor & Broker Management
5. Manage annual renewal activity working closely with our broker/consultant to support throughout, owning the relationship with your local broker, confident in leading benefits procurement from negotiating terms to pricing to ensure maximum value and compliance.
6. In time, you will also have the opportunity to lead on market review exercises.

Collaboration & Communication
7. Collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders from our HR partners (HR Operations, HR Business Partners) to cross functional teams (Procurement, Legal, Tax, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of our workplan.
8. Serve as a regional subject matter expert who is comfortable meeting, sharing and discussing proposals, principles and programmes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. At least a strong foundational experience in benefits-related capacity. Our remit includes insured and non-insured benefits, pensions, health and wellness, leave and time-off.
2. Proven experience managing benefits in at least one major market.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
6. Independent self-starter with the ability to work in an ambiguous fast-moving environment, comfortable with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
