    Ann Ciganer joined Trimble in 1989 and has served as Vice President of Strategic Policy since 1995. Prior to joining Trimble, she worked at SRI International. As a Research Analyst at SRI, she participated in multi-disciplinary research projects that included evaluating and recommending the selection and use of technologies for integration in the infrastructure of emerging economies. Study recommendations often included policy considerations to help ensure legacy benefit from the investment in technology. Ciganer was task leader in multi-task international research projects. At Trimble, she has participated in developing industry consensus positions during United States (U.S.) government outreach as the Global Positioning System (GPS) is modernized.

    Ciganer has participated in international public outreach consultations on Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS). She provided support to the U.S. delegation to the World Radiocommunications Conference (WRC) in 1997 and was a private sector member of the U.S. delegation to the WRC in 2000 and 2003. Ciganer has been awarded six patents on behalf of Trimble. In 2001, she was awarded the Institute of Navigation (ION) Norman P. Hays award for support contributing to the advancement of navigation.

    Ciganer was formerly the first president of Joint Venture: Silicon Valley Defense Space Consortium; former chair of the Bay Area Regional Technology Alliance and is a current Representative to the Space-based Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Federal Advisory Committee. Ciganer received her B.S. in Russian from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and spent a semester at the University of St. Petersburg in Russia.

    Roz is currently the Vice President of the Trimble Buildings franchise, overseeing a number of global businesses at Trimble Inc.  She is currently based in the Boulder Colorado USA office. Her career spans the application of a wide variety of technologies to research, university teaching as well as commercialization across a range of industries including Agriculture, Civil Engineering & Construction and Buildings Architecture, Engineering Construction and Real Estate Facility operations. Her leadership anchors around forming market-leading strategies and diverse collaborative teams to drive strong business growth. Her experiences span product marketing, product management, distribution establishment, channel development, sales management, forming and managing OEM partnerships, six sigma business process transformation, business development and various general management roles.

    Her earlier academic experiences were at Virginia Tech Blacksburg VA USA and Lincoln University New Zealand in the field of computer decision support software for natural resource management, integrating GIS (geographic information systems) with simulation models, operations research and artificial intelligence to enable complex decision making. Her consultancy experience was to the New Zealand Government for funding of public research grants to applied IT research. Today, Roz lives in Boulder Colorado with her husband, son and daughter enjoying the outdoors and fitness. Her formal education includes Agricultural Science with 1st Class Honors, and a Ph.D. in plant physiology with computer simulation modelling (Lincoln University, New Zealand 1990) and an executive MBA from Duke University NC, US (2016).

    Sarah Miller join at Trimble in 2013 as a Manager of Sales MEP Division. She managed a team of eleven highly skilled, passionate and dynamic individuals from Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Sales Engineers who service the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Industry. She specialized in the Accubid and Autobid product suite. The Accubid and Autobid programs were  market leading software in the industry helping special trade contractors win profitable jobs allowing for accurate estimates to be written utilizing trimble's software suite.

    With over 14 years in the software and hardware industry. Her current role at Trimble is dynamic Product Marketing Manager for the MEP Division. She strives to be the ‘voice of the customer’ by researching customer requirements and experiences. She conducts market research on new and existing product lines, assist in establishing timelines for development, influence pricing, guide sales teams, develop messaging and market positioning around products and take part in presentations and events. She executes profitability and market dominance for Trimble's portfolio in the MEP Industry. She has a proven history of success exceeding sales goals and cultivating highly profitable customer relationships. 

    Her early academic experiences were at Colorado State University where she recieved her bachelors degree in Arts. She continued her educational aspirations attending the MBA program at Colorado State University.
