Very political, but good work-life balance. Money is not great but educational opportunities are very good. Coworkers are generally very supportive and friendly. Senior management builds a wall between itself and lower levels that can impede growth. The organization does not appear to promote from within as much as it prefers to hire senior staff from outside. Sexism is subtle.
I've just started working here for half year. My practice is relatively dominated by females. Females are given the equal opportunity to develop their career here.
I've only worked here for a couple of years and so far I've been impressed with the work to life ratio. Unfortunately, I've been thoroughly unimpressed with the bonuses/pay raises, etc.
