    Its a high stress, high accountability work place but the only time its flexible is when its for their own job or one of the favorite employees that have either been there for 10 plus years or have made the right connections.

    When I ask for a shift change repeatedly, try to actually make it a consideration, not realize it should have been taken seriously when I resign over 6 months later.

  • Recommend to Women?

    Maybe. The over all supervisor is a women as are most of the supervisors but the person who handles reviews and evaluations is a male and can and will find the worst calls to review and find all problems possible. Another thing I have found is that there is an underlying negative feeling about diversity in the work place.
