I have been with Remax for 20 years. I have found the working environment to be great. The owner is a woman and knows how we feel. I would recommend this company to other women who want to work at their own pace.

If you're a woman here, you're only going to get promoted if you're part of the "in" crowd, regardless of performance or experience. There is no paid maternity leave, what you get is the standard 6 weeks unpaid through FMLA.

You have to give it all your attention especially the first 2 years. There is a lot of good training, you just have to use the material and make it yours. It can be a very rewarding company with incentives and trips. They want to make sure you can make a living doing something you like and can help people at the same time.
