If you’re single/married, NO KIDS, it is the most amazing place in the world to be. If you have kids though, especially small kids, you’re required to put normal annual leave in every time your kids are sick and you’re WORKING from home....

Something that can be frustrating is that one team would have flexibility and another team would not.
  • One Thing Employer Could Improve

Improve work-life balance and policies (e.g. flex-time, limit face time)

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. At times, I still think men generally get better chances at opportunities at senior level.

In my experience they are not friendly toward women with children, I was a working mom of a new born and needed to be able to pump breast milk. I was reluctantly given timed breaks at an absolute minimum and lead to believe I couldn't move up if this continued. I was forced to pump in the bathroom even though there was an office I could have easily used. I was constantly asked to stay extra time sometimes being 4 or 5 hours overtime on a weekly basis.

The first day I had a feeling maybe I should have refused the job offer. Don't doubt instincts. They are always on point.
