XPO Logistics

C Level Executive Assistant, Marketing

XPO is a company focused on success and results. It is deeply committed to building and developing a strong team of accomplished professionals, both women and men. I've had the opportunity to interact directly with our CEO Brad Jacobs and he's different than most CEOs. He's a leader by example and deeply involved in every aspect of the business. What's most fascinating to me personally is his receptiveness to new ideas and feedback from his team. He counts on his team to reach a common goal and promotes a working environment where we can all exchange constructive feedback to grow personally and to improve the company. I also support and work alongside top female executives who excel at what they do and make a positive impact daily. My experience thus far has been beyond my expectations and I truly love it here.
