ADP

Client Account Executive, Customer Service

January 1970

ADP is a company that supports diversity and leverages business resource groups (BRGs) to spread awareness, provide networking opportunities, build each other up, provide insight into success stories, etc. I'm part of the International Women's Inclusion Network (iWin) BRG which hosts webinars, networking events, and supports philanthropies.

Many opportunities for networking and 'fun' events. Support of professional development largely around PMP, some PR. Reduced recognition for credentials.

Varies widely by manager and business unit. Some managers are flexible and some are not.

it was compliant with the federal regulations.

  • One Thing Employer Could Improve

productivity expectations that allow for development and keeping current with the evolving ADP offerings

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. for mid level career aspirations yes - not for management positions. The pay structure is intentionally midpoint and the target is low cost of labor markets. Previous emphasis on flexibility has waned. Catering to early in career folks with social niceties and internal twitter. Health Insurance is ok - company covers part of my insurance, but does not fund any of the coverage for my family.
