Yes - Overall a great company to work for. Not perfect but they embrace diversity and equality as a company better than anyone I've worked for. However sometimes that does not translate to every manager.

Make sure the team you're working on isn't sexist. Chicago location was BAD when I was there. Very disconnected from other offices and HQ.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. Very small company, can be over-worked and underpaid. Though there are some women leaders, it's tough to work your way up the ladder. Required to wear multiple hats. But you get a lot of great work experience. Great benefits!
