Terex is great because there is a lot of opportunity for growth. Terex can be tough because it is a company made up of mostly men. Being a woman at Terex you must have alot of courage and be consistant as women seem to often be ignored.

    Working in materials there is very little flexibility. 4 10-hour work days is what you sign on for but are met with working longer than 10 hours everyday and you will end up working 5 days instead of 4. Sometimes even 6 days a week. This makes balancing family life and going to appointments nearly impossible. Time off is not easily awarded. Team members are made to feel guilty or publicly shamed when asking for time off or not working enough overtime during the week.
