It's a good as a jumping off point, but I can tell you there is a lot that needs work. Easily 80% of the workers are unhappy.

Took Maternity Leave Here? (Weeks)
6 paid / unpaid
They let you take up to 6 paid weeks but only 4 of those are paid in full. The other two are only half paid. This made it very difficult for me to pay bills the following month. I had to make a choice between getting paid and spending as much time as possible with my pre-mature daughter. -

One Thing Employer Could Improve
Leadership and hiring. Both these areas need work as many things are very "my way or the highway" while new hires have slowly become less and less qualified and can be viewed as "children to mold" instead of hard-working leaders to help grow the company.

Recommend to Women?
Maybe. Their maternity leave is great, and they are flexible is issues come into play. However, they can still be very isolating when these things happen.
