I am so proud to be a woman working at NCC. My CEO and Regional Vice President are both (amazing) women and they encourage women of all diversity across the country to work hard and speak up. Under their leadership, I feel comfortable and powerful enough to take initiative and to work hard to help NCC's success in both a business aspect as well as bettering the culture of the company. In just a few short months, ever since our new CEO, Nicolle has joined us, NCC has become a company I am so proud to work for. It's rare to feel excited to go to into work but I am, everyday. I look forward to growing my career with the company.

    I am a newer employee of NCC, coming up on my 1st year here. I am new to the area, recently moved from across the country and when I was interviewing. I expressed how important it was for me to be able to work from another office when I needed to see my family. I was promised that I would have the ability to work in that office and NCC definitely kept that promise-- three times this year in fact. I am grateful to work here.
