Experienced Senior Associate

If you have a family and want to work in assurance this isn't the employer for you. Unfortunately this industry doesn't allow the flexibility to manage both while being in a senior positon at a big 4 accoutning firm.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. I would recommend PwC to entry level out of university women who are looking to earn their accounting designation at a big 4 firm and not to someone who has a family. There are very few women still there after 4 years and in manager- partner positions. There is no room for work life balance in the Assurance group and in my home city's office there was only 2 female partners- both who never saw their families or children (think facetiming the kids before bed).
