The best place to work. The benefits and salary package is excellence. Only thing is shift workers need more work life balance and flexy arrangement.

shift workers could allowed to work from home. example an IT engineer required to work in shift to serve client at different time zone, they should be allowed to work from home especially for married women. IT engineer jobs mostly base on ticketing system. Each engineer work base on incident tickets or request tickets which is assigned to them. In that case shift workers could pick up the ticket and work accordingly virtually. Mostly shift workers (IT engineers) not allowed to work from home. Shift workers are all not call centre in-charge. Firewall engineers and network engineers do work in shift. female engineers who work in shift need psychological and physical well-being attention.
