My business unit did not operate according to the policies and tried to treat salaried professionals like hourly workers. They were resistant to flexible hours and resented having to accommodate adjustments.

Improve management, hire people with leadership skills. Improve Human Resources by employing human resources procedures that really advocate for the employee and not just working to keep the company out of litigation.
