It's a positive space in many ways, but in many departments (and particularly mine within the business school) there are no women in leadership positions, women are not included in decision making even when they should be, and some negative "traditional values" bleed into the workplace in an unprofessional way.

Maybe. I work in the university administration-entry level. I don't have a single female supervisor, and I feel that I am included/excluded from certain conversations based on being a woman. When in meetings with men you are not treated the same way as men.
