As stated above, the company is restructuring at the moment. Corporate direction and leadership is lackluster. However, the next tier of employees is filled with strong, intelligent, and kind women. It is such a pleasure to work with so many incredible women, all supportive of each other. Over the last five years of working here I have had zero issues with any of the women in management roles and above. Gender aside, the teams here work well together and very supportive of each other once the barriers are broken down and when their is stability at the company (with regards to corporate leadership).

Maybe. Currently the company is restructuring, the lack of leadership makes it an undesirable place to work. If the company settled a bit and had a strong leader, i would eventually feel more comfortable recommending it to other women.
