Incredible perks, benefits, & family/balance focus; highly competitive culture where you must be willing to 'play the game' in order to successfully navigate the development & promotion systems.

There's no better place to work if you're looking for a support professionally and personally. As a mother, you're empowered to bring your whole-self to work. There's no hiding who you are or what's important to you - both inside and outside of office walls.

I would say this is a great place to work. I left my job 3 years ago to join Capital One and I have not regretted my decision one bit.

Overall, Capital One is a great place to work. While we do lack female representation at the very top of the organization, it's something that our leaders are aware and open about. Our culture is not hierarchical - the best idea is the one that is chosen, regardless of who proposed it. Our policies are generous and well aligned (if not exceeding) the market. I would definitely recommend Capital One as a place to work to my family and friends.

Capital One is very flexible around hours and working from home. There are many associates who work modified schedules consistently, and there are many others who work modified schedules ad hoc as needed.

I feel like I'm treated the same as men even though I work in HR, which is normally all women.
