Maybe. There are many great things to say about the company, it's mission, and most of it's people. However, there's definitely a boys club and you feel it more as you move up. Part of it's the outdoor industry and the machismo that it can't quite shake, part of it is rampant nepotism that's saturated the company for years, and yet another part is the policies that prevents a true meritocracy under the guise of equality. Women can and do move up, but you won't last unless you're a woman who's 'one of the guys'.
