Company is great, great benefits. Company culture is flexible, just make sure to feel out your hiring manager's style to make sure it is consistent with the company.

Maybe. depends on the department and leader. Company, as a whole, is great to work for. Some leadership is difficult to work with/for.

For a company this large, your experience will depend on the department and manager, but overall, the corporation strives to live out their cultural values of compassion, relationships, integrity, etc.

They offer part or full-time telecommuting, generous PTO, and recently started offering paid maternity and/or paternity leave up to 4 weeks.

When I took my maternity leave, they didn't offer paid leave, but my manager was very flexible and allowed me to telecommute full-time the entire first year after I had my baby. I was also able to work from home whenever my kid got sick. Starting January 2018, the company is offering 4 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave.

Women are treated 2nd class. There is a lot of prejudice, especially when you are single and/or you have no kids. Very male dominated environment. Men don't let women in their circle. They hide information from women and do their own thing.

Lady Wolfe

Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago

I worked there for 10+ years. I enjoyed the development opportunities and support from senior management. There are instances when individuals were promoted into management positions that had no people leading skills which causes conflict with a team with no true leader.
