Seattle is an amazing city for women's equality at work, and just equality for all groups period. I have never worked for a greater organization.

I worked in the Human Services Department, as a Social Services Aide. You are allowed to duck in and out of the office whenever you need to, as long as you sign yourself out on the sheet. You record your own hours, which takes much of the stress off.
