Edward Jones also offers military leave for caring for a member of the armed forces, including a member of the national guard or reserves, as well as the Flex Work Benefit, an attractive, flexible work policy to our home-based associates.
Health and Wellness: Edward Jones offers “Day of Caring”, a benefit that allows you to take paid time off to volunteer during the workweek.
Primary caregivers are given 16 weeks of time off with 100 percent of their prior six-month pay. Secondary caregivers are given up to two weeks of time off at 100 percent of their prior six-month pay. This policy highlights the importance we lay on evolving our benefits and programs to support the needs of our associates and their families.
