Be prepared to work long hours. they're great about keeping your job after maternity leave.
I've worked here for 14 years in various roles. The firm is extremely fair and promotes/bonuses based on performance. The maternity leave is very generous, 12 weeks paid. My only wish is that they were more flexible to allow working from home to accomodate different schedules. I'm sure some positions do but it's based on job responsibilities.
Hard work is required to be compensated accordingly. Even then, the pay difference between junior and senior staff members is nominal.
