"Hard work is required to be compensated accordingly. Even then, the pay difference between junior and senior staff members is nominal. "

"Junior staff members tend to have greater flexibility because there are others who can fill in when they have a need to be away. However, AVPs and above have greater restriction, it seems, because they must be held responsible for the management-level workload."

"It can have its challenges, but it is not unlike any other firm in finance. ERGs are a great way to connect with other women as the firm is full of introverts. "
