Very family-oriented workplace with lots of women in leadership roles

Lady MissOpp

It is a great company for women. The benefits are great; Backup Childcare, access to Care.com, snacks, and concierge service. Also it is a very family friendly company and culture. Many women in leadership but it is hard to advance. You have to work very hard and sometimes get creative with ideas for promotions.

This place is a great place to start your career at, especially for women. Care.com is mostly women in their leadership and its great to have that to look up to when you are starting out.
