This is a great company to work for if you want work/life balance and aren't terribly interested in career advancement. It's a comfortable company to work for in the early years of having children. However, the company has done two layoffs in the past two years, so that is also something to be concerned with.

Excellent work/life balance and flexibility in terms of being able to work from home. They also have 12 weeks 100% paid maternity leave. Depending on which department you work in though, there is definitely sexism. Regardless of whether you're a female or male employee - there is a lot of bureaucracy at this company, a constant shifting of priorities, and they are the opposite of agile. They don't seem to have executional focus down pat yet...although the overall vision is there.

It is a great company for women. The benefits are great; Backup Childcare, access to Care.com, snacks, and concierge service. Also it is a very family friendly company and culture. Many women in leadership but it is hard to advance. You have to work very hard and sometimes get creative with ideas for promotions.
